Scheppers does not have a higher ceiling. It's hard to say that the 22 year old has the higher ceiling than the 19 year old when the 19 year old is essentially throwing the same stuff. Scheppers can make an impact sooner and his curveball is a plus pitch already.

Oopsie. I'd put him at 12 in the above list. Data entry error on my part.
In my fridge: Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS), Central Waters Peruvian Morning, Bell's Batch 10,000, Dale's Pale Ale, Capital Brewery Amber, New Glarus Moon Man, and Guinness.

Miller for ceiling long-term vs. Leake floor short-term. If it was me, I'd go upside with Miller but Leake will help much sooner and will be good as well. So, Miller if you can wait for a few years.

Thanks Havok.. What about Jiovanni Mier? I'm starting to like what Ive read about him.. Sickels has him at a B+.. Ive pretty much narrowed it down to Miller and Mier

Well, I think it depends on if you have a legit SS for the future already. I like Mier as well and actually put him in my top 30 but i think Miller could be special. Mier I think moves faster through the system though. Miller has high K ace upside while Mier could be a franchise SS. Mier has some bust potential as well. I say go Miller but if you don't have anybody a SS in your system maybe Mier.
I would also substitute Heathcott into the ranking list in place of Brett Jackson. I'm just not a fan of Brett Jackson while Heathcott reminds me of Westmoreland last offseason. some big question marks but almost unlimited potential.
