This is how... adults dress.
Well, not tucking shirts into jeans. That's how old dudes dress. But typically when you're at work and you're not, say, ringing up a cash register or offering HJs for cash, you have to have your shirt tucked in. I wouldn't expect a nation of prison descendants to understand the formality of all. There's very few careers I can think of where you won't have a tucked in shirt on probably 90% of the time -- especially if it's a dress shirt.

This is what I meant. If he wants to be "casual average joe" Steve Jobs with the jeans and sneakers, don't tuck the kasdbgfkjwgefk shirt in.
BUT YOU CAN CHANGE THE HOMEPAGE TO WHATEVER YOU WANT!
Yeah, but that's just what men that age do. They're tuckers. I've seen guys tuck their sweaters into their jeans. I know this discussion has been had on this forum at least once before. Pretty much the people you expect to be tuckers are tuckers.

i tuck for work or nice restaraunts...whenever i had a job that allowed casual Fridays i would tuck into jeans, but other than that i dont. side note about the casual Fridays...my last job i had worn jeans on Fridays for about 3 years...one day my boss finally said "you know we dont have a casual Friday policy here, right". i think this was brought up though because one of our sales girls or account manager or whatever got asked to leave a meeting with a customer for being dressed too slutty (guess her rack was basically hanging out)
i also had a buddy that would tuck all the time, we finally made fun of him enough that he stopped
