Brilliant!
That is pretty much Apple's MO. I'm pretty sure they could reinvent the pet rock and call it an iRock and sell it for $200.

My best friend is even more stoked than you. Ever since I've known him in college (2004), he always had Apple shares, kept buying more and didn't have the urge to sell them. Well, this is one of those days he goes bonkers about his Apple stock again.
Funny thing is, he's not an Apple fanboy nor does he have any Apple devices.
But I bought mine in Nov. I've actually been slowly buying as much as I can for the past year. It has basically doubled over that time and I think that now I'm going to hold for the foreseeable future.

However the first thing that came to mind when I read "iRock" was some douchebag with a long mullet, wearing shredded acid washed jeans and a muscle shirt blaring White Snake out of his IROC Camero.

In the video on that page you can see an icon to the left of the battery meter. The icon is a triangle to indicate music playing, even as he does other things with it. It goes away when he plays a video because obviously the music wouldn't play at the same time.
ok, so let's assume the music player can be on in the background, but outside of that there seems to be no multi tasking, right?

Assuming it is like the iPhone, then yes only on app open at a time (with the exception of the iPod app).

No Multitasking This is a backbreaker. If this is supposed to be a replacement for netbooks, how can it possibly not have multitasking? Are you saying I can't listen to Pandora while writing a document? I can't have my Twitter app open at the same time as my browser? I can't have AIM open at the same time as my email? Are you kidding me? This alone guarantees that I will not buy this product.
WTF. That's just stupid.
