Is there anything I can improve on and should improve on and what would you use as trade bait.

You have a very nice blend of speed and power. The area that is most questionable is 3B. I am not a fan of Mueller. I believe he had a career year and will be hard pressed to have a repeat performance. Nevin is also questionable. He is injury prone and always raises a red flag with me. I would look to trade away your 3B players and maybe Nevin for another quality pitcher. You should take a look at Hinske and Crede at 3b. Crede is the one more likely available and he is having a monster spring. Each year his numbers have improved.
