i has offered beckett for my votto in a keeper league.....what do you guys think its a 14 team 5x5 keeper ...my other keepers are Wright Reyes Holliday and Utley. what do you guys think ?

I guess I would keep Votto but in a 14 team league SP is going to be harder to come by so I could see taking Beckett.

If I were to move Votto in a keeper it would have to be for a top SP and I am not sure that Beckett can be considered one at this point. I view him more as a #2 SP right now and I have always been a Beckett fan. Beckett's stock should be a little low this season after posting a 3.8 ERA last year while Votto is generally seen as the next stud 1B.

No way I consider this deal, particularly before the draft. Play out the draft and see where you stand. Personally I would keep drafting a good backup SS or 3B in mind and consider moving DWright or Reyes in season if your staff needs a boost.

I'd keep Votto. I tend to stay away from keeping pitchers unless they are elite due to the inherent risk associated with them, and the volatility of the position.
