It's the middle of winter in Kansas City and the crime rate is booming. The police chief, Dayton Moore, can't get anything done so it's up to the townspeople to right their sinking ship.

Will Moore continue to make stupid decisions and allow the scum of KC to rule or will the townspeople push Moore out of the way and return to their once great tradition?

Jason....I mean the city of KC prays that the town can do what Dayton Moore couldn't accomplish.....which one of WaCoug, DaShiz, Aussie, Urban, Dan Lamb, houstonherd, buffalo, teddy and Giants will prove to be the savior of the Kansas City and who are the scumbags making Moore look silly?
