I'd much rather have Choo than Weaver.

Try and deal a 2B with an SP for an SP upgrade.

There is no holes at Hitting. You have just about all you should need. Pitching looks good, but you need a TOP line starter. Halladay, CC, King F., Grienke or Lincecum. Trade a 2B and Hamels or Weaver.

I definitely think Choo should be one of your keepers. I'd take him over Weaver definitely, maybe even Abreu in a keeper.

Keep Choo over Abreu without question the upside vs the old age is a no brainer. If you can package extra players for a better SP that would be the best thing maybe package Choo & Hamels or weaver should get a nice upgrade.
