Ackley is a much more of a safe bet, though I wonder about his upside potential (mainly power). To me he looks a very similiar to what Erstad was coming out of college, hopefully with out all the injuries. Chapman has the edge on full potential but is hardly a sure thing of achieving it, as he needs to develop his secondary pitches and control more.
Basically my opinion would be only take Chapman if your really set at hitting and need pitching a lot.
