Yup, me too. After I heard this, I went ahead and sold back my ACII for as much as I could get for it before anyone else beat me to the punch! I got $41.95 in-store credit at Hastings, so I was pleased - definitely got $24 worth of fun out of it, definitely

I bought ACII when it first came out but it sat on my shelf since I had never played ACI. I wanted to play the first one for the story line and I had Uncharted 2 and Borderlands to work through anyway. I got around to renting ACI and beat it in five days time. Finally I've moved onto the sequel. WOW! It's 100x better then the first. I'm so glad I played the first one so I could appreciate how much better the second one is. It ranks up there with Fallout 3 and MLB: The Show as one of the best experiences on the PS3.
