The league will have 30 teams and 4 divisions with head to head matchups for 2 scoring periods with daily lineups.Once owners are paid and league filled will hold do a random franchise lottery for 1st pick to pick your MLB team and your 5 keepers from that team.Draft order will be reverse of franchise draft.Here's little more info:
