My last team, how can I improve...

I just did my last draft, I am not very happy with it, but it isok. It is a standard 5x5 league, 12 teams and no utiltiy spot and only a 20 person roster. What can I do to improve??

I think that team is OK. Not great, but OK. I would try to trade Crawford for an upper tier catcher (Piazza, Lopez, Posada, Pudge) since you should get enough steals to be competitive already. And Randy Winn will be a decent fill in for him in the OF.
Are you required to have that many SPs? I would consider dropping some to pick up middle relievers with solid ratios that can also vulture wins (Yankees relievers, Athletics, etc).
