If someone as beloved as Cal Ripken can't get 100%, I'm not sure that anyone can. Jeter would have a good shot, but I'm sure there are plenty of anti-Yankee bias amongst the writers.

I actually think Maddux has a good shot at it.

I'm not sure what cap he'll wear. He did win a WS and pitch for 8 years in ARZ, but he pitched for 10 years in SEA and that's where he became a household name.

It's debatable but I think it's definitely going to be Arizona. He went to just as many all star games there as in Seattle but won 3 more Cy Youngs and won a World Series there, have to think that's how the writers will see it.
