A combined 236 PA? As opposed to, 1383 PA and a .902 avg OPS over the past three in years in triple AAA. Come on now, I at least expected a better rebuttal from you.

this is the best news i have heard all year.
Not sure why that would be good news. It means Gonzalez's trade value has officially dropped.
I could care less about his trade value, even though it should peak this summer.
I'd rather Adrian retire a friar.
They should trade Blanks instead. He is under team control for the next six years .. now thats value ..
Plus, if they have to trade Adrian, i'd prefer he go anywhere but Boston. I'd eventually get over them trading him to the Yankees or even the, uggh, Mets.
Beltre to Boston makes me so sad. I love you Adrian and wish you nothing but the best. You will be missed. But this is still sad. First Cammy and now Beltre.

I'd never get over him going to Boston.
I dunno wr, hee'd look pretty good in blue and orange...

Boston got Cameron and Beltre for roughly the same amount that the Mets paid Bay. This is why the Red Sox are good and the Mets suck.
well that was fun to watch, really wanted to see him in a Giants uniform this year but it looks like he wants to build up his value for a bigger contract next year. I expect the Giants will try to overpay for him once that happens.

Sorry to poop in the punch bowl wr but I think it's a deal that's just a matter of time in the making. I remember reading something that Adrian somewhere along the line said other than SD, Boston would be at the top of his list of available places he'd want to go. That, coupled with the front offices familiarity with each other and the (likely) available Sox prospects it would take to make a deal and I'd say it's got a good chance of happening.
