CBS Sportsline Question and problem

Two quick questions.

1) Have you recieved your money if you won a baseball league this year?

2) Does anyone have an email address for CBS so I can contact them and ask where my money is? I have tried Google searches to no avail.

i recieved mine...i think sometime in November. did you print out the winners form and submit it? you also had to send a copy of your drivers license this year (in past years you had to have the form notarized)
