This is a close call. Most of Morneau's shots would be homeruns in any park. I'm not too worried about Target Field affecting him in that way, I mean seriously that dude hits some massive shots... some of the other Twins' hitters (Cuddyer, Delmon, KUbel) might end up having fewer homers, but I wouldn't worry about Morneau in that regard and he's going to be in the middle of a better overall line-up than Votto. Morneau's back problems had a lot to do with his bad 2nd half last year, although he is generally known for tailing off in the 2nd half, just not as drastically as he did last year.
All that being said, I still like the fact that Votto (if he's truly over his dizziness problems) will give you a .300 BA to go along with some decent power numbers and he's entering his age 27 season.
Ultimately I think Morneau will probably out-homer Votto by about 35-25 and drive in about 20 more runs, but Votto will give you .300 while Morneau will give you .280.
Since this is a keeper league though, in the end I'm gonna come down on the Votto side.
