16-team Midwestern Dynasty League Forming

Looking for owners for a new dynasty league. Below are the rules we will be using. I am currently working on getting a Proboards site up and running.

16 teams, roto format
30 player MLB roster (drafted through slow auction format)
8-13 player MiLB roster (drafted through snake draft).
$260 salary cap
80 yrs of MLB contracts, applied after the draft.
MLB Player Universe
In-season league will likely be hosted on ESPN

League Fee:
The league has a $25 fee that will be 100% paid out to the winner and runner(s) up (once the league fills we will vote on payouts). This league will use http://www.leaguesafe.com for league dues.

The league currently has 3 commissioners and 3-5 other owners from our old league (waiting to hear back from 2), so we are looking for 8-10 new, active owners. Of our current owners, most have played fantasy baseball for 10-15 years, and all have spent the past 5 years together in a keeper league. We are looking for similar levels of experience, knowledge, and high participation.
