Hey, anyone want to start a Mock Auction Draft. I know there is at least 1 other one going on at the Cafe currently, but I would like to join one if there is some interest (not sure how to start our own room or anything...). We could nominate 1-2 players each week for each owner...
And it is probably easier to use couchmanagers.com for a slow mock than a forum here. But I would do either, as long as it was NL only.

There are other reasons to play one league, but here is mine...
I've been a die hard Yankee fan for ~45 years. I played fantasy football for a while, but everytime I was invited to play fantasy baseball I said no. I just couldn't root against my team. I couldn't imagine drafting David Ortiz because he was the best value and then rooting for him against Andy Petitte.
When I discovered NL only leagues, it allowed me to play fantasy baseball without that problem. I do have a slight problem during interleague, but I can deal with that.

stevie thumb...I'd do another NL only with you this year. We did one last year, and it's great prep, fun as well. If you get enough guys for one count me in for the NL only.

we like the depth..unless you play in a 16 team mixed league, a 'bench' can consist of all stars...not too interesting to me..if you seek something closer to 'real' baseball then deep 'only' leagues are the way to go
I'm in, but i suspect it will take a while to fill.
