Just happened. Want to see the other prospects. Does Morrow get a guaranteed spot in the rotation? How do the Mariners plan to use League? League vs Ardsma for CL?
I love Morrow.

First thoughts, Mariners got housed. Absolutely love Morrow's arm. While League has some serious F'ing stuff, control problems still continue to haunt him. Blue Jays have a nice crop in Marcum, Mcgowan, Romero, Morrow, Litcsh, Richmond, and Drabek. Hopefully a few of those guys can stick for them and give Jays fans something to cheer about. I love McGowan and Marcum, too. Hope they rebound this year.

Morrow's diabeetus allegedly won't allow him the stamina to be a starter. Also, he sounds like a whinging moran (from what I've seen.)
Unless its Brett Wallace, no.

To add,
The Mariners organization mis-used Morrow greatly, IMHO.

I sat at the bar in disbelief, and watched this entire game while ignoring any contact behind me.

I don't see how a 2.53 BB/9 and a 9.16 K/9 is "control problems".
Hm, thought it was worse. The knock on him for a while has been "he hasn't been able to harness his stuff"
To late to look up the stats for me, but I figured the prototypical flameballer with the straight fastball, who can't find the strike zone at times. I have undoubtedly seen, the pinpoint straight FB with my own eyes quite a few times.
Still at this point, Morrow's upside as a starter > League's upside as reliever. And by quite a fair margin as well.
