New Auction/Draft Unique GM/Agents League (Free)

This league has 2 components GMs and Agents. These two groups are set up as separate “leagues” but expect a lot of interactions between them!

GMs:
-The goal is simple: to field the best available team within a budget (limited or uniform, to be announced later)
-GMs would participate in a bidding style league where they bid for players via negotiation with agents (agents can choose to go with public auction or closed auction for their clients)
-Depending on the level of interest, there either be an NL only league or a 30 team league. The entire set up will be identical to Franchise GM (rules can be found here: http://mlfb.info/smf/index.php?board=10.0)

Agents:
-The more interesting role belongs to the agents. Not only do they want to field a team that performs well, but they would also want to have the players that yield the highest contract value (on an per annum as well as overall basis)
-Other competitions may include:
-total $ negotiated for players performing at the 10th percentile.
-Combined winning % of clients' teams,
-They would acquire players through a traditional draft system with in season free agent pick-ups. In future seasons, Agents may acquire additional players based on their reputation, performance in competitions and even randomness!
