haha i didnt quite get the 'all fired up' vibe outta u either.. in any event, its really not that serious, i guess well just agree to disagree... and honestly, after last seasons debacle with the Mets and their recent injury bug, i need some hopeless optimism this yr! it might be the highlight of my season, just let me be positive here guys!!!

I'll have to admit, after watching Reyes run in ST over the last few days, I feel a lot better about his prospects. It's his legs that worry me the most. Well, I guess it's that and the fact that the Mets are notorious for mishandling their player's injuries.

So let's agree to agree. Reyes could well be the steal of the draft, and we could be listing him in the top-10 again this time next year. I'd like to see that, because I like players like him. It's just that I can't help but be just a little bit cynical... maybe because he sat on my DL for the entire year last year!

There's no way I'd want to risk it on him until at least the 4th round of a 12-teamer, but I'm sure there will be plenty of people who will take this recent news as a clean bill of health and jump on him 1.5 rounds earlier than that.

With that said, I just got him for $11 and change in an auction, so I have no complaints there

I got him in the 5th, I'm happy.

I couldn't help but get him in the last of the 6th round in a 12 team Keeper. Wanted Alcides in rd. 13 but missed. Got Hardy instead a few rounds later.
