Looking for Active Keeper League to Join

I have been playing fantasy baseball now for about 15 years and i am a very active owner during the season along with the off season. I am looking to join a keeper league that is active and has a solid GM base. The league can either be free or a cash league as long as its active and fits what im looking for. I would prefer a roto style league that has a major league roster along with a minor league roster , i would prefer the league not be contract based. I would like a league run through CBS scoring but yahoo would be fine also.
