Haren - Safest, most consistent Peavy - Huge bounceback year. Wasn't really trying in SD. Only question mark is the switch to AL Grienke - 3.4 ERA, 190k's, 13-9 Hamels Webb Beckett - I've lost all faith in Beckett
Greinke and Haren are #1 and #1A. They are your elite and a clear notch above the other guys. They are both fantasy "Aces."
Your 2nd tier guys are Beckett and Peavy. I know Peavy is coming off an injury, but I actually like Peavy slightly more than Beckett.
Hamels and Webb are both another step down, but still solid SP's. But I trust Webb a lot more than I trust Hamels. Webb was hurt, Hamels just stank last year.
So, here is my ranking:
Greinke (fantasy ace) Haren (fantasy ace) Peavy (#2 fantasy sp) Beckett (#2 fantasy sp) Webb (#3 fantasy sp...with at least #2 upside) Hamels (#3 fantasy sp)

Greinke and Haren are easily the head of the class in that order. I'm still a believer in Hamels next year whereas I can see Peavy having a negative correction to his ERA in a full season in the AL (especially at the Cell), but the strikeouts should be there. Webb is a wild card for me at this point and it all depends on how he fares this Spring, which justifies the bottom of the barrel.
