New dynasty league starting in 2010. Prospect-driven you control both major and minor league systems
Many teams available. Here's what you do:
Go to Major League Fantasy Baseball
http://www.mlfb.info/smf/ . Scroll down to Dynasty MLB Elite. MLFB is a variety of leagues so be sure to go to Dynasty MLB Elite.
The "Official Rosters" are listed here. Those listed without GM's are available. Look over the rosters(major and Minor).
If you would like to become a GM go down to "Application to join league". Copy the app andfill it out. At the bottom of the topic is a "Reply" link. Click on it and paste your completed app, click on the "Post" button.
