Auction/Keeper League w/ Minors and Contracts

The goal of this league will be to get 8-12 smart and dedicated owners who will play year after year. The league will be held on a Forum/ESPN (We may begin the auction on the forum).

Throughout the year contests will be held and the owner who wins the most points will win the Commissioner's Challenge. So we will not only have a League Champion, we will also have a "Commissioner's Challenge" champ.
