Keeper league Question

Postby archie23 » Thu Dec 03, 2009 10:43 pm

I have Corey Hart and Tim Lincecum for 1 year and then I lose them. I was offered Carlos Quenten who has 2 years left and Clayton Richard who has 3 years left. I'm strong with pitching and need help with hitting. Do I do this trade?

I would rather 1 year of Lincecum than 2 of those other guys.

First... what kinda league setup? How many roster spots, roto, points? ect. Hard to make a call w/o knowing.

I agree... I'd continue shopping. Find a contender that is willing to give up more.

Richard isn't going to help your pitching this year or the next two... he's just, at best a slightly worse version of Garland or Bush or Volstad.
I am a White Sox fan... I've seen the guy pitch... he's just a number 4 or 5 SP.

Quentin on the other hand is desirable if he can stay healthy but I'd want another, better pitcher, paired with him.
