You guys must all be down on Votto this year. I know I'm high on him, but to think in this draft that $33 for him is insane seems odd to me. Boomer you said you didn't want to pay more for Votto than you did for Gonzalez?, but I have him ranked over Gonzalez right now. Now granted if Gonzo goes to Boston things change, but I have him beating A-Gonz in every category but HR. I'm happy with him at $33 I was willing to go $35 at this point.

I think he will do well for you, but I can't cripple my team banking on it. As far as AGon vs. Votto goes, I've got AGon above him for the power (and it's not like he kills you in average with a .270-280 type stat). I'm just glad someone was forced to pay big bucks.
