The only move is to allow extra time to bid in Cafe threads. The cafe was down for a day so the 24 hour period will be extended for a day.
Explanation: To me, the only thing that makes this round different is that the cafe was down for a day.
So, the primary thing to do is to extend the 24 hour period so people who couldn't bid during that time period can.
I don't see nullifying bids that were made in the cafe. There are so many counterarguments to that move, particularly when citing the league rules.
Bids made on Yahoo, unfortunately, are not legitimate. Too many problems with that in principle based on the constitution (how to compare validity of a Cafe bid with a yahoo bid?).
