No early nominations - some of us only have $1 left to spend and at this point timing is everything. 12:00:00 PM EST (as set on the forms) is the earliest you can nominate.

It doesn't really affect me, since I can go more than $1, but we need to really stick to that deadline. It's not fair to anyone else who only has $1 to spend.

It _would_ affect you if you wanted the player they brought up and had to spend an extra $1 to get him. It would then affect all your future nominations and bids.
Yep, exactly. The only bad thing about the rule is that -- if you were in that position -- you'd certainly have to be online at or around noon. But then, it has to be some arbitrary time of day, so there you go.
