As far as trades go, Bwanna and I have a quick listen to opinions for or against. 99% of the time trades are good anyway (in a league with smart players), so there really aren't any issues.

During the season trades are through yahoo -- quick approve / disapprove and the deal goes through.

During the draft trades are on this board, and are a bit more involved as salaries are traded with players, so that needs to be handled well. Remember, no $$ may be traded as cash itself.
