Happy to start off with Pujols. I think he has a big 2012 after battling some injuries this year and going through the contract craziness. Would have liked to get him for $41, but after using my last $10 on Mike Moustakas last year, I'm not going to worry about dropping an extra couple bucks on a guy who's worth it.

Agreed. Also, if you look at last years spreadsheet a lot of really useable players went for $8 or less.

I wish I could say the same but after being roasted last year by 2 of my big money pick-ups i.e. Dunn and Crawford I have a feeling I'm going to be a little nervous this year about shelling out the big cash. So starting slowly with Konerko and BJ ...
