Ayebatter: Have him as the top rated 3b for our league set up, how about 25/90/95/18/.290 line, and worth a whopping....$32
Bwanna: ...and based on your previous successes, I strongly urge you to continue to use your values.
I remember similar banter concerning the value of Matt Kemp last season - I guess we'll just have to wait and see who turns out to be right. For some reason (probably my experience in my other pool last season) I just don't completely trust Wright. Let's just all hope for one last banner season from ARoid.
“We're looking for a really solid year out of Esteban. It doesn't have to be his best year as long as it's not his worst. Somewhere in the middle, we'll be happy.” (Billy Beane)

Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn on occasion, we'll refer to you as Rocky for now on Or as a wise Chinese man said "man must sit in one place for a long time with mouth open to catch a roast duck", be careful of the bones, you could choke on 'em.
Sounds like fightin' words - maybe Bwanna and ayebatter should bet say $20 of next season's salary money on Wright's performance. Sorry just stirring the pot.

I couldn't find that I said anything here 'bout Kemps value last yr, but I did pull out my last yrs projections, I didn't have him any of my 11 teams 'cause I had Kemp at a solid $19, and yes he went for a bunch more than that in every auction I did, how'd I do there ??

Sorry - I guess it wasn't you - bad memory. BTW on a different note your strategy is quite different this year. Last season you went after the high-priced pitching and this year you're tending towards the offense. New plan or just the way things are turning out?
