You got some inside info on the guy? We can keep 4 guys for next year (I'm thinking of keeping Cliff Lee (3rd round), Geovany Soto (10), Martin Prado (11) and Buster Posey (18)).
Dude, you're keeping 2 catchers & a middle infielder You have to have better choices than that.

Actually I want to trade Soto. When he played (no thanks to Piniella) he was a killer for me - the hitting is based on WAR so his walk rate and power really worked out. I should be able to pick up a pretty good corner guy or CF for him. I get to keep Posey for the next 5 years (because I got him so late) and Cliff Lee with his low BB rate is even better under this scoring system (FIP). Prado also does well under the scoring system and he's way down round-wise. The keeper scheme works in such a way that it discourages keeping the high round picks hence my question re Wright.

And what about him?
See my post at the bottom of the previous page. I had Wright in my 20 team sabermetric pool last year and he was a bit of a disappointment. In this pool he does well in the counting stats etc but in that pool his low (for him) walk rate and poor (for him) stolen base efficiency really hurt. He was also pretty streaky which hurts in a H2H. Actually the more I think about it for this pool you paid a pretty fair price. I was just wondering if I should make him a keeper in my other pool. I just missed the playoffs so I pick I think 2nd overall (which I would miss out on if I kept him).

That is precisely why I took Sandoval this year for cheap... Some tremendous upside for the cheapness... most of the 1B will find their way to 3B sometime during the year so FA will be nice.
HOLIDAY QUESTION: Are we going to auction through xmas weekend? I have no problem with that and it would actually be great to see if Santa can give me a player or two this year.
