A solid, innings-eating starter on a good team and an aging SSINO with a good track record for a total of $31. Reasonably happy so far. I can't believe I have 2 Yankees tho - can't cheer for that team but have to cheer for the two players.
OK Derek - it's time to set aside the contract squabbles, stop worrying about your horrible defence (if they move you to the OF just deal with it!) and just worry about hitting.

Both of those players were good buys, in fact I came home from work after Jeter resigned and was going to make another bid, but alas - TIME HAD EXPIRED.

Ditto. Thought I had another hour before bidding closed and ultimately missed out...great deal on Jeter there...
