They just have to be in by the time bidding is due to start, right? I.e., the _earliest_ they can go in is by noon EST 24 hours before bidding starts (I think).

This. I should have said nominations begin today at noon and bidding begins tomorrow at noon....

I'm in BC, Canada and the "time difference" between here and the pool is 4 hours i.e. not 3 for Eastern Standard. I find that a bit confusing - or am I missing something here? I'll just have to get my bids in nice and early.
