Just offhand, when does starting this thing work best for everyone? Fri/Sat so you have the weekend to get into the groove? Or Monday because you are more apt to check in while you're at work?
I can actually check in more at work, but it doesn't matter to me either way.
I am getting a bit antsy though and would prefer we start before Thanksgiving. Again that's just me. Players are gonna be signing earlier this year as well, so those issues will iron themselves out in regards to playing time and where a player is playing.
Yeah, I don't mind waiting until after thanksgiving either. Work is crazy right now but our schedules will adjust somewhat the week of Thanksgiving. However, if we want to start earlier than that, I'll make it work.
I've got one, he wanted in after watching play this kind of league last year. He's jonathan from cappy's baseball league and a bunch of my other leagues like hockey and football...

We had it Monday/Thursday last year -- any compelling reason or big movement to change it?
As far as Thanksgiving goes, I think its prudent to set start date afterward, given requests to do so. How does the Monday after Thanksgiving sound? If not, the Thursday.
FYI -- I removed the no tradebacks clause. It was never an issue and became just one more thing for commishes to check on every trade.
