Well, I think it's something like this:
Cliff Lee COULD be the real deal; he's certainly touted enough and his numbers from last year are good. Lawrence has dead arm and has been falling off with overuse... so... I would go with Lee; but either or is fine.

I would rather have Cliff Lee than Brian Lawrence. Lee is probably twice as valuable at this point. But we are talking bottom of the rotation fantasy-wise for 2004 anyways, so you could just keep whomever your gut tells you to .
