is cafe fantasy football leagues run by a person or does it depend on the league? who holds the money? Has anyone here had a problem with receiving the money?

i assume you're talking about the leagues posted in the classifieds section? if so the Cafe has no affiliation with those, they just have the forum there so people can post openings...but it's buyer beware
