Considering 25% of guys drafted were not from the 2009 draft, there's some league rules that have been lost on the poster. If guys like Chisenhall & Mejia are being drafted, I'm sure there's much better players available than the remaining guys from the 2009 draft.

Even though it's been mentioned several times and he posted in BIG BOLD LETTERS that players had to be signed by an MLB team, yes, he's entirely missing the fact.
