Well by those rules Chapman shouldn't be eligible yet.
Next 20 from the 2009 draft: 1.Dustin Ackley, SEA 2.Donovan Tate, SD 3.Bobby Borchering, ARI 4.Jacob Turner, DET 5.Aaron Crow, KC 6.Grant Green, OAK 7.Tyler Matzek, COL 8.Mike Trout, LAA 9.Tony Sanchez, PIT 10.Zach Wheeler, SF 11.Everett Williams, SD 12.Jarrett Mitchell, CHA 13.Max Stassi, OAK 14.Shelby Miller, STL 15.Aaron Miller, LAN 16.Drew Storen, WAS 17.Will Myers, KC 18.Brett Jackson, CHN 19.Mike Leake, CIN 20.Jiovanni Mier, HOU
The real wild card is Drew Storen. He's been dominant in the pros and will get legitimate consideration as the Nats Opening Day closer. Depending on your league and how much you value closers, this could put him pretty high on the list. I didn't forget Minor & Gibson. I'm in the camp that worries about their upside.

In fantasy I would. And I don't think his injury history scares me anymore than the flameout rates of toolsy HS OF'ers like Tate or HS pitchers. and there is also the length of time that it takes HS players (other than a couple elites) to get to the majors.
Scheppers has great upside as a starter. He should be in the majors quick (important in fantasy). And I think he carries less injury risk than many think. worst case you drop him and pick up a decent prospect since most leagues don't have more than 100 MiLB'ers protected.

Completely agree. Criminal to leave Scheppers off the list. I'd have him after Ackley too I think. Watched the AFL AS game and he looked great.
The Cuban SS that signed with the Red Sox (Jose Iglesias I think) for around 8M should be on the list also. I haven't much time to read up on but I've seen enough positive buzz which would put him ahead of a lot of the HS'ers in the from the draft. He seems to have been signed with absolutely no fanfare and seems to be unheard of by most.
