What are you talking about? The Phillies should have swept the series already quote]

You know, I understand if you have the role of resident grump and if you embrace that as well, then...whatever. But just in case you weren't aware, a lot of your comments really are inflammatory and instagatory and basically just a drag. If they were humorous as well, I could understand, but they aren't.

Furthermore, if there were others on this board who replied in kind to your types of comments, I imagine the conversations in here would get 2nd grade, real quick.

Those aren't exactly the words I would use, but sure. An issue of mine has always been reading ignorant, baseless comments and feeling the need to correct them.

But just in case you weren't aware, a lot of your comments really are inflammatory and instagatory and basically just a drag.

I'm sorry that you find the truth to be such a drag. I can't help that. As I said, if you want to know why the Yankees are better than the Phillies, go read some basic statistics. That's all it would take. The good news for you is that with the huge variation in a two game sample size, the Phillies could still win this series, and if that happens, you won't care much at all about the Yankees being the better team then, will you?

If they were humorous as well, I could understand, but they aren't.

I do need a jester icon, I'll have to get on that.

Furthermore, if there were others on this board who replied in kind to your types of comments, I imagine the conversations in here would get 2nd grade, real quick.

If you really want to have a real discussion with me about baseball, I'd be happy to oblige. But just like I would need to have a greater knowledge of football (I'm assuming that you, as a football mod, have greater than average knowledge) to go to the Football Cafe and properly discuss football with you, you'd have to have a lot more knowledge of baseball to be able to properly discuss things with me. If I got into my statistics with you, you wouldn't have any idea what I was talking about, so that's why I haven't even bothered.
