I think Manuel and Girardi aren't revealing or maybe even deciding that until after Game 4. IMO they should start their first 3 and then throw Lee Game 4 and then possibly have a 4th starter go Game 5 to avoid Pedro throwing on short rest as well as Hamels. Then throw Pedro in Game 6 and Lee again in Game 7. That is pretty much what I want the Yankees to do as well.
