They got rid of the same Jason and yet the Dodgers are stuck with Jason Repko to this day. Must have been the couple of wrist injuries he had, but safe to say, they ruled him out too quickly. However, I don't think he would be as successful as he is in Philly though, especially when Dodger Stadium is harder on right-handers in terms of power.
$1 mil for Werth (2007) or $9 x 5y for Pierre hmmmmmmmmm

Hm. Not necessary to taunt the losing team. The Dodgers have a great squad, whom I believe are a few short years away from being as good as, if not better, than this Phillies team. We're lucky to have played the "young" version of the Dodgers before they become the "seasoned" version of the Dodgers.
im usually a fixture in the phillies gc but really, to fully enjoy these games, ive been going out with a whole group of friends and it is absolutely wonderful. its like a slice of heaven. october is becoming my favorite month of the year.
let's not forget what the phillies did against cc last season
the entire dodgers bullpen was so hyped up in this series and they really came up short. the phillies pen was respectable and held down the fort for the most part.
i said it before the series started and ill say it again now. regardless of his performance the last 2 months of the season, to have billingsley as your longman/mop up guy in the bullpen is the stupidest thing ive ever seen. he should have without a doubt been in the rotation. call me crazy, but hes their best starting pitcher imo.

Eh, the Brewers used him on three day's rest his last 4 or 5 starts before that series started, I wouldn't read much into the Phillies success against CC in the NLDS last year. I will say though regarding pitchers the Phillies have faced thus far in the playoffs, U-bal is the only pitcher that I'd take in the Yankees rotation over our top 3.
