Agree with the post above except for Wieters instead of BJ Upton... OF is so deep that you can afford not to keep him... especially in a 10 team league. Just draft pitchers early.

Last spot would be Cruz or Votto. I prefer Cruz by a hair.

With the league keeping 60 players, chances are extremely good that if you let Reyes go, he would be the first pick in the draft.

With this few keepers, I almost feel reckless, but for the next three, I'd want Weiters, Reyes, and Hanson. Are these guaranteed to be the best values there? No. But they have the most chance to be special for you, and that counts for me.

The other guys are just pedestrian enough that I'd risk it. Votto's production isn't that great from 1B. The other Upton's all over the place. Billingsley ended the year on such a down note I fear injury. Broxton's not necessarily in the picture. Cruz isn't a top 60 player for me.

Most of the time, with this small keeper set (only 60 for the league), I'd say take the best production for next year and next year alone. Here, I'm reversing that on the assumption that you can recoup decent players in the draft easily. You can't grab elite that easily, and the three I like here could easily be elite.

I'd go with this too. It's academic IMO to keep Utley, A-Rod, the Upton bros., and Reyes, but I'd keep Votto over Nelson Cruz knowing that he can give you moderate power without being a drag on average. Cruz has more power potential, but I'm still worried about his contact rate.

I'd keep Reyes, Votto and then either Wieters or Hanson. I think I'd go with Hanson in this case since he's proven he can pitch well in the majors. He's a good, young talent to build around.
