I made a couple late season 2-1 trades to combine my best 9 players into 7 keepers thinking Cruz would fill the final spot. He faded late & Lopez finished strong making the choice tougher now.
So now part 2 of the story will play out and I'll have the 5th pick in the new draft which has 6 top players back in it. The 1st 3 picks seem to be no brainers & I figure Holliday will go 4th, leaving me to choose between Felix & Sizemore. If Lopez isn't that big of a downgrade from Cruz that would make Sizemore my 3rd OF instead of my 4th. Or Felix would be my 3rd SP in 8 keepers which I really don't like either, but either way I'm going to have multiple OF & SP in my 1st 8 barring a trade.
keep Lopez then take Sizemore or
keep Cruz then take Felix would seem to be the 2 choices tho it doesn't have to be that way. I'd prefer some sb's from a middle inf which Lopez doesn't provide & Cruz does in the OF. All decent choices and too close for me to call

Well if someone offered me my choice of Felix/Cruz or Sizemore/Lopez I'd take the Sizemore side everytime. Sizemore when healthy and productive is a top 2 round talent.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!

that is true Mad Dog. as we've seen from the "1st rounders" lists its hard for SP to crack the top 15. If Sizemore has the bounceback season he's totally capable of, he would jump right back in that top round discussion
