Still, great game to watch.
inge needs to wear a jersey about two sizes smaller anyways, it's pretty much ridiculous that you can wear a jersey that big and have it count as a HBP when it grazes it.
Polanco and Laird suck......Leyland left Rodney in way too long....I give Rodney all the credit in the world he pitched his ass off tonight. Can't believe Maggs got taken out. I don't know if I have ever seen a team blow as many opportunities in so many situations as this Detroit team has. They don't deserve the division or the playoffs....they really don't. Minnesota is an amazing organization....to pull all this off without Morneau is simply unreal. I will definitely be rooting for them although they really have no chance against New York.

So Florida and San Francisco are amazing organizations too? Because they also won 87/88 times without Morneau.

What's your point? They were down by 7 games with two and a half weeks to go and by 3 with 4 games to play and they were still able to come back and pull it off. All without Morneau. The guy had 100 RBI at the end of August and would have been at least mentioned in the MVP race had he stayed healthy. The Twins continue to contend while losing almost every name player they have had in their organization for the last ten to fifteen years.
