Game commentary? Yeah, definitely. I think the emergence of team blogs/websites over the last 3 years has had a lot to do with it.
The forum as a whole? Well it's been declining for years, probably for the same reason.

I can't watch the game but they said it was horrible. Thanks MLB I don't relaly want to watch playoff baseball
