Curious: team ratios for different sized leagues?

Just wondering, what kind of ERAs and WHIPs win it for 16-20 team leagues? I've only played in 10 or 12 teamers, and I wonder to what extent depth will affect team ratios, as to what extent a "quality start" would be when assessing pitchers to pick off waivers/FA.

My 10-teamer: 3.26/3.85/4.21
12-teamer: 3.59/3.98/4.67

WHIP
10-teamer: 1.21/1.30/1.36
12-teamer: 1.25/1.31/1.41

In Andy Behrens' Pro-Am, 16 team deep as Christ league, top ERA and WHIP are 3.29 and 1.19 (both to this stud right here). We had a 1300 IP max.
