The Show

Postby colby2152 » Thu Sep 24, 2009 2:36 pm

MLFB has a new league forming in 2010 called The Show that is based on relegating managers between levels based on annual performance. Each level will become increasingly difficult.

MLB - 1 league: Major Leagues
AAA - 3 leagues: International, Pacific Coast, Mexican
AA - 2 leagues: Eastern, Southern
High A - 2 leagues: California, Carolina
A - 1 league: Midwest

Original placement in the league will depend on your fantasy baseball player profile from Yahoo, ESPN, etc. Recommendations from others also adds into the mix. Also, as an extra incentive, each additional person you refer to The Show earns you more merit to be pushed at a higher level. This is considered as activity points because the goal of The Show is to bring out the most active and competitive league at the top and have it work its way down. Doing well in any of these leagues could help you qualify for the annual, free entry, cash-paying fantasy baseball tournament called the MLFB Invitational.

PM me or post here if interested. Feel free to read more about this as it develops at http://www.mlfb.info.

The Show will become a tiered league based on member perfomance throughout his or her career. Players will fight to earn the spot in the top league, the MLB, each and every year. Reaching the MLB will be exactly like real life, you will be recognized throughout MLFB and your accomplishments will be known to everyone! Of course, winners in every league will receive an opportunity to play in the MLFB Invitational, with a chance to earn cash prizes and more!

Other great traits of the Show offers an auction style draft every year, the opportunity to create a new team every season, and being a part of a large community of fantasy baseballers in MLFB, just like yourself!

The 2010 season will be an equal opportunity league, with all six leagues at the same level, and everyone a chance to start the 2011 season at the MLB level. So be sure to get in now to guarantee your chance to be in the MLB!

Spots are limited to 72 players, so reserve your spot now!
