15 teams. standard 5X5 roto. 5 keepers and 1 rookie keeper.
I could trade Tommy Hanson (rookie keeper) for Aaron Hill.
My keepers with the trade...
Teixeira
Hill
Zimmerman
Bruce
Fowler (rookie keeper)
King Felix
My keepers without the trade...
Teixeira
Zimmerman
Bruce
Fowler
Felix
Hanson (rookie keeper)

Thanks to GiantsFan14 for the sig

I like your keeper list more with Hill over Hanson, especially if you're going to keep Fowler anyways. It just looks more balanced. That being said, Hanson will be a surefire keeper for years to come. If you don't believe in position scarcity much, Hanson is your man, but Hill fills out your infield nicely IMO.

I feel like the upside on Hill is simply too high, and at a premium position, especially with that many teams. The lineup in Toronto will allow him to maintain similar numbers as long as he's healthy, and 2B is soooo shallow. I have a propensity for drafting with position scarcity in mind, so take that for what you will. Hanson is definitely keeper worthy, and will be an absolute stud sooner rather than later, but I think in this format you'll want to keep Hill.

I assume this is just keeping a set number of guys - no time limits and no draft round loss. I'd definitely grab Hill - no question, especially in a deep league.

I would take Hill. Position scarcity IS important and he is a beast. One of the best second basemen in the game and he has a ton of power, however don't expect him to hit over 30 homers next year. I would expect 20-25 but that is still solid.
Help with mine?

+1 on this post, and also with aye's... Hill yes plays a shallow 2B, but I would much rather carry Hanson for the upcoming years. A great rookie year will only get better with big league experience.

Great thanks to soto for the sweet sig!...
