Angel Villalona murderer?

So theres a possibility that Angel may not be so much of an Angel. Just saw this on Rotoworld, anyone heard anything about this yet? Also if it is true this could be a big hit, well big hit, hell if its true it would end his career possibly...

Giants prospect Angel Villalona has been detained in connection to a murder in the Dominican Republic on Saturday night.
A police spokesman told the AP that Villalona is the prime suspect in the shooting death of 25-year-old Mario Felix de Jesus Velete. Villalona turned himself into the police on Sunday and is set to appear in court on Monday. The 19-year-old has been a top prospect since receiving a $2.1 million bonus at age 16 and is widely viewed as the Giants' first baseman of the future.

While he didn't make huge strides, he's 19 years old. I'm quite sure there weren't that many people concerned with his numbers, the real concern is that he could never play a game again. I don't think I'd drop him just yet unless the number of minor leaguers you can own is low. His tools are off the charts, so if it clicks, and he isn't found guilty of murder, he could still be a star. In the mean time, as a Giants fan I hope he didn't kill anyone
